How to use the crystal...
When you finish bathing, simply wet the crystal and rub it under your arms. You can use it on any part of your body where odor may exist, head to toes. The water activates the crystal and when you are finished applying it, rinse it off and dry it with a towel. It will last longer and will not stain your fabrics.
